And the IRONBUTT Award goes to....
shamboogiebanger !!!
(rah, rah, and the crowd goes wild)
But, forgive me for asking... why? Are you just using that as a pan? Diamond plate's expensive for that.

RE: my "girl" bike
I took the seat off and really liked the way it looked, being low and showing a lot of rear fender. i wanted something different so i came up with the perfect solution, diamondplate aluminum. simple yet perfect. my bike is not a hardtail so bumps arent that bad. the lack of a good 3"+ of seat puts the handlebars nicely above my head.
the only down side is that here in minnesota, its gettin damn cold out. cold seat, cold hands and soon snow. time to move south

Personally, I think it's cool and very unique - just hope it doesn't leave ya with er...inverse "grill marks" in the winter

Looks like you left barely enough room for the Old Lady (gotta have a girl on your girl bike, ya know)...
