Default Le Pera bare bones on a 48?

Anyone here have the Le Pera bare bones seat on their 48? I couldn't stand feeling like I was falling off the stock seat, so for a cheap quick fix I threw a Nightster seat on for now. It works, but I'd like to find a smaller seat with a deeper sitting pocket, and the bare bones looks like it might work. Anyone else try this on their 48 yet?

Looking at Le Pera part #LK-006

Appears to be, but I can't really tell how much deeper from the pic they provide.

I have a bare bones on my custom. My *** goes numb after about 45 minutes. Looks real nice though. Seating position gets you down in the bike more. Sure wasn't built for comfort though so be warned.

Just as an FYI, the bare bones is an awesome looking seat but if you're looking for a deep bucket, that is not the seat for you. I have one on my custom too and there really isn't a deep lip there, it's just the angle of the photo.

The seat on their site call the aviator looks like a ridiculously deep seat.

I was actually just looking at that one too. It looks like it's pictured on a 48 and it comes up on the tank though? And that's the same one that is supposed to fit on a 3.3 gal tank. Am I missing something here?
