We pretty much finished the bike this afternoon. Just waiting on the forward controls and it will be done. I shortened the chain today, cut new spacers and got the rear wheel on. Put fluids in it and started it up. No leaks and runs just fine. There haven't been many problems out of this build so hopefully it will stay that way when it gets taken out to ride monday. Here are some more pics.

very nice! its amazing how nicley a bought hardtail just seems to fit instead of a hombuilt.

I really like your rear mastercylender set up...got any pics of that? I'm going to do something similar

Hey thanks! Yeah the bike screams chronic back pain lol. The pipes I built, and I'll take some more pics of the rear master cylinder tomorrow after I get off work.

tomorrow afternoon I'll get the controls bolted on and build a linkage for the rear master cylinder. All that will be left after that is adding a couple shims to the rear brake. The stock axle was 25mm but the frame is cut for 3/4 so, they sent me two shims for the stock bearings and a new 3/4 axle. The rear brake still needs a couple to stop it from moving around on the axle. No big deal. Once the controls are on I'll take a few more pics.
