I really liked the look of that bike. I say just go ahead and do it. I haven't seen anyone in this area that anything like that. Doesn't mean there isn't. What part of FTW you in?

across 35 from you. off 287 and bonds ranch

the idea i had is. do the exposed metal on the side but leave it blank. that way i could slap a sticker or medallion on it and change it up whenever i felt, and didnt have to be stuck with something under the clear coat.

I like the looks of that. The one I liked the best was the turned metal look paint job they had a few years back.

$1,900? Retarded. Strip the tins yourself and do your own engine turning with a wire brush in a drill.

Yep, and at the end of the day you still have a factory paint job. Talk with some local shops see about getting a quote from them.

Oh I'm not going to buy it. 1900 r u crazy? ! Lol.

I just like the look of the exposed metal on the sides. I'm going to have my buddy that custom paints. Do something kinda like that. But leave the sides blank no sticker on it.
I've seen the entire bike exposed Metal. Not bad but I need a little paint/pen stripe to make it all jive!

Oh I see. One cool thing that I've seen a couple tims before was that bare turned metal with a graphic painted over it in a candy cool. Pretty cool looking.
