Don't bother - go look @ Progressive or Ohlins...

I put on Progressive 440. Now the 440 are for sale. I'm using the RKs with zero psi.
I'm only 155 and think I'm just to light for the 440s.
Yes it was a simple easy swap to the RKs. They're softer than the 440s, and I can put air in when two up. In spite of trying to sell the 440s I recommend the RKs.

My stock shocks were bottoming out too. The progressives 440, ended that, but the ride was still rough.
On the RK, I got the 13" which was the same height as the original shock, I don't know about the year.
I weigh about 155 so I run 0 psi. It's a softer ride than the 440s.

I replaced the stock 11.75" shocks with Progressive 13.5" 440 standards. I weigh 205 and the 440s are perfect. I installed Progressive fork springs and use 7w BelRay fork oil and the front and rear work in perfect harmony. I used the spacers in the forks at their full length.

I used about spacers about 1/4".
The RK shocks came with the air valve. That's the only part I don't like. It's just easy to adjust the preload on the 440s, I just couldn't change it enough.
