I was worried about throw-overs rubbing the paint, so I decided to go with easybrackets, and when I don't need or want them, I turn the key and the bags and brackets are off.

And heres a rear view of the bags mounted to bike, they aren't the best looking, but no floping around, and when I'm ready to remove them, 20 seconds and they're off.I apologize for using so many posts, but I guess I'm just not smart enuff to figure out how to get them all on one post.
EZ (or Ghost)brackets are the best for on&off use. The only draw backs are directional relocation andthat the bags stick out fromethe bike. This is purly an asthetic problem. I found I use the bags alot and really didn't like the look so I went for Harley bags. If you are only gonna have them once and awhile they are definately the way to go. Approx $150
nobody, I agree with you, they aren't the best looking, but with the brackets $150, and the bags $38, it was easier for me to go that route, than spend the $ for the Harley bags.
