i would throw the fender back on but when i did the burly drop in springs up front, i went a little overboard with the pvc spacers in the kit (on purpose), but i chopped them down to 3 inches long where they had suggested 5".. causing my front frender to come dangerously close to my engine gaurd. it looks a little off with it off and the crash bar and windshield on, but i wanted low, and the crash bar and shield are seasonal. it looks killer with all the extra crap off. thanks for all the comments from everyone!

im not much of one either, but when riding in 15 degree weather, its nice to have a place to put stuff that you need. the bags are quick detach so during warm months when all you need to ride is gas in the tank, they come off...i set this bike up where everything extra i have on it for touring can be ripped off within minutes. but at the same time i do kinda dig the way the road king bags look on it, so it works out, get to have a cool lookin bike year round! thanks for the comments

You have to provide some info on how to put those roadking bags on and keep them quick detach.

they mount just like they would on the roadkings, two twist pins on each bag... to remove the brackets that the bags mount on, i losen the fender bolts, take the two bolts out of the front in the passenger peg mounting area and slide it off, retighten the fender bolts and thats it. ill it takes is about 3 minutes and a 1/2 inch wrench.

As I said in my first post... here she is dressed in her summer attire... no bags, shield or lowers. And have made a couple of appearance deficit corrections lol. Hope you enjoy!
