Actually yesterday... added a sissy bar and my old fork bag. I guess it's a tail bag now.

Spent another 4 hours polishing a 3rd fork leg after realizing that I needed to change to a 4 piston caliper to make my craigslist front wheel work.
It took 4 hours because I don't have much in the way of power tools.
Trying to do as much as possible with as little as possible.

Got out for the first time this year in Toronto. Only 5 minutes though. Changed oil, and checked tire pressure. Tomorrow supposed to be even warmer, it’s gonna be a good day.
