Woo-Hoo for me! I picked up a 2012 XL1200X today. 3100 miles and nice and clean. It has different grips (not sure what kind), XIEDs (soon to be replaced), Monster Baffles in stock pipes (soon to be replaced), Stage 1 AC (soon to be replaced) and came with a Biltwell Zed Handlebar (not installed). I rode the bike home 60 miles in 34 degree windy weather and I love it!

I gave it a quick soap and water bath, no wax yet, and took some pics with my other camera. Oh, I paid $7500 for it. With only 3K miles and the few minor add-ons, I thought it was a great deal. Around here they are right at $9995 for this model at the dealers + the sneaky ad ins they throw at you.














I took it for a quick 15 mile ride, but the cold is to much for me today. Tomorrow it will be in the 50's so Mommy and I will be out on our scooters! Gotta' run to the store for supplies.

 

Great Bike !!! Man you got a killer deal. I paid $9k for mine with 600 miles on it late last summer from an individual. I've never seen one that cheap around here.

looks good man. add some progressive front springs to smooth that ride out. makes a huge difference for under $100

 

You guys are lucky you don't live on this side of the pond! That bike over here is around $17500!!!! Brand spanking new...$23500!
