The sissy bar is not included. When new, the pillion came with 3 pieces: the pillion itself, the grab strap and a new fender fitting/c-clip.

Yes the pillion is still available. If you can arrange a meet, there would be no shipping. I live in northwest Indiana and work in Burr Ridge.
