Looks like a Part number 835, engine case bolt.

The part number 835 refers to a 5/16-18 x 3" flange hexagon head bolt.
Your nearest H-D dealership would be able to supply it if you quote the 835 part number, they are sold in packs of two bolts.

Judging by the OP's user name and the rear brake operating rod in his post, I'd hazzard a guess that he owns a 2010 - 2013 XL1200X "Forty-Eight".
