I have a 2019 Street Glide, I still have the original Boom Audio software version that came from the factory, so it's quite a few updates behind. I purchased a new flash drive, formatted it, and downloaded the newest update off of Harley's website. For some reason my radio does absolutely nothing when the flash drive is plugged into the USB port. I've tried deleting the file and reloading it a couple different ways according to some You Tube videos, but it's still not recognizing the flash drive, it comes up "no media" as it shows in the You Tube videos, but nothing after that. Any trouble shooting suggestions? *Note, I have a separate exact same 32mb flash drive for my music, and the radio reads it just fine.
