Just don't trust the dealers. If it is not listed as a replacement part they will not tell you it will fit. Be aware that "ALL" dyna frames from 06' until now with the exception of rake are the same so parts pretty well interchange.

16 inch rim dyna
OK folks in a nut shell the installation of the 16 inch wheel was a little bit of a challenge. Wound up the spacer from the FXDF on the brake side and the spacer from the fxdc on the pulley side. So be prepared to keep an open mind on your spacers if you chose to travel down this road. The 195 tire was just a shade too wide and a 185 55R16 was a better fit. I went with a Dunlop sport 7000 that was 6 months old at the time of the purchase according to the DOT code. The mileage should be increased handsomely.

Fat Bob wheel
I like the idea of a mag instead of spokes, but that mag would really screw up the looks of my Wide Glide.
On the other hand, the rear tire has less than 7k on it and it's not looking too good.
As a second bike, I don't expect to put more than 10K miles a year on it so if I may be able to live with the crappy tire mileage. If I only have to change the rear tire out once a year, I will make due with it.
Is your belt riding good and the wheel centered right? It sounds a little hokey to mix and match the spacers, but if it works....it's an option that I'll keep in mind. Maybe I can find a 16" wheel that would fit the Wide Glide a little better.
