tuning help pc5
Hello my fellow HDF gear heads. I have a 2011 Road King with the TC 96 that has been stroked to a 110, 640 cams, HPI 58mm throttle body Star Racing heads, Dynatek dual output coil, Fueling 8.2 injectors, Brocks 2 into 1 exhaust, and a PC5. now up until about a few weeks back I never had any issues with my tune. but I added the 8.2 injectors an now I cant get my bike to run worth a crap at all. Im new to this tuning thing an trying to grasp it with all my little brain will allow. And im not having good luck. I put new plugs in it an ride to try to see what the plugs tell me. and they are so black after a 10 minute test ride that it looks like their 10 yrs old. is there anyone one of gentleman that can help me out here. im in a desperate spot fellas an need help. thanks

The cheap answer is to get those ridiculously large injectors out as they will never work to provide a nice smooth running engine especially in the lower rpms. You said the engine ran fine before the injector change.
Maybe you really got,”6.2” gps injectors rather than “8,2” gps? The 6,2 gps is what I would opt for with this build.
As mentioned, the PCV is proper tuning device for your application.
I suggest to reinstall your O2 sensors, purchase a TTS or PV and have it properly tuned. The results will be astonishing as compared to your previous experiences as proper tuning always provides much better running bikes than with add-on tuners than create data transfer latency between the engine, it’s sensors, and the ECM.
Not to mention the fact that since the add-on tuner cannot read the o2 sensors (every engine cycle) they must be disabled.
Trust me there is a lot more performance and smoothness/response by getting that great build properly tuned.
