Wow lots of responses if anyone of you North Florida folks would like to meet up and toss a few down. I'm up for it. How bout on a Sunday at the Cheyenne Saloon in palatka sometime soon. I'm up for it if anyone is good at planning things give me some ideas on organizing

Thanks for the info it slipped my mind, I'll do my best to be there depending on work. Unfortunately my job had me working Saturdays.

 

There are two of us in Jacksonville who ride but unfortunately both of us are limited in how much we can ride. Even though I have bought another bike and ride short distances I am still in recovery mode, but getting better each day. Here is a pic of my new bike. Whats funny about the color? when I started looking for another bike, I told people no red, no black...I got one with black.

 

Here is how you do it.....

Hey, wanna meetup at 9AM at the rest area on I95 just south of 9B? The southbound side..... Meetup place at the rest area will be at the end of the parking area.
We could go south on 95 then US1 to Bunnell and hang a right down one of my favorite roads and take a quick break at one of the bridges where the road has widened out and there is shade..., go to 17 and head north to the Cheyenne. We couold get there by noon and have some fresh BBQ and listen to a band.

If anyone wants to go, just reply and I will see it before 7AM on Sunday. If I don't see a reply, I'm not gonna stop at the rest area.

If ya wanna ride tomorrow, reply and we will go.
