if anybody is interested in this ride, its quiet an honor to attend. i did one in oldsmar and one of the greatest things to see and hear are the lead bikes and the flags flying. then to see the soldiers smile as he pulled up. it felt like he was a celebrity as he passed.

LCpl Justin Carmen is coming home.

This will be the 2nd welome home we have had the privilege in helping with for Justin. Since the last time we were with him, he has come through a lot. He has lost 18 Marine brothers from his unit, four of them very close friends. He even went with one Marine's Dad to Arlington to bury him. If you attended the last homecoming, you will remember what a fine young man this hero is.

Please bring your 3x5 flag and come help us celebrate. Flag bikes will be used.

We will travel with flags flying approximately 6.5 miles to Justin's home. He has no
idea we will be pulling in on our bikes with flags flying.

Justin's mom will once again, provide food and beverages for all. Please make every effort to attend this mission.

 

Wish I could join ya on this, Dave. My Saturday's are all tied up at work for the next few weeks, though. Be sure to thank him, from the Fl. Crew, for his service and the sacrifices he's had to make to watch our backs. Salute!

 

I love those rides, specially for our vets! You know its crazy to see a 21 year old in the VFW, but so many of them qualify now-a-days. Wish I could make it but have other plans for Saturday.

 

I would like to attend any PGR rides that occur un SE Flori-duh.

 

You might want to send a PM to "2Beers". He's an active S. FL member in both the FL Crew and the Patriot Guard, and can get you on the FL PGR e-mail list. That will get you e-mail notifications of upcoming PGR missions in FL.

S. FL though, only has occasional PGR missions, compared to central and north FL. That's mostly due to the lack of veteran cemeteries in SE FL other than the newly opened one in Palm Beach County off 441 and Lantana Rd.
