Just had a nice ride around Lake O (185 mi for me) and our last stop was for lunch at a new place called Big Bertha's. It is litterly newly built right on Lake O overlooking the big lake. Limited seating for about 25 in Pahokee at the new marina/boat ramp/senic area. Has a nice bar and an outside tiki bar arrangement for private parties also has a beautiful new pool for swiming. Food that we had was OK need to try other items on the menu. Nice place for a ride.

I had run across Big Bertha's a while back but it seemed all the fun stuff goes on after the sun goes down so I never bothered checking it out.

Another place out that way I have wanted to check out is Poppa Jimmy's Catfish & More. Suppose to have great catfish and a good breakfast but they advertise with the person that recommended it so consider the source.
