Tasted pretty good but just a lil somethin missing there, too, Larry. Hard to put a finger on it...but I did try 3 of them while "troubleshooting". No complaints from anyone, I am just a harsh critic on myself when I cook.

Gonna head down in the morning. Just a bit of news is my friend who owns the house won't be making it as he chose today to have a stint placed in his heart. Wasn't really his choice but he's gonna be down for a few days. It's his second one. I guess he better start some lifestyle improvements.
