Is the declaration of a caribou safe haven going to screw up your plans for sledding?

My oldest son's buddy can be very creative ... Did a little thinking and came up with this ... I thought it was quite unique

Not yet. But they’re pushing hard. It’s not just motorized but also non motorized too. Imagine not being able to go hiking in the mountains? Stupid pwicks...
