Yeah that too. I am working in a low rental neighborhood. My boss has this idea that if she starts fixing up her apts and getting better tenants, then the rest of the slum lords will follow suit and she can save the city.

Ahha, I thought that changed a few years ago. I have been to Canada 2 times in my life and back then, the exchange rate was something like $1 US for like 1.10 Canadian. But that was back in the 1970's.
