Looks like I'm getting the newer Ural, guy called this morning, went & took a look. Almost like new, he really took care of it, put some nice extras on it. Got a couple plugs for heated clothing, electric power connector in the car, and a TACH. I like tachs, never saw one onna Ural before. Feels more solid than mine, feels better on corners, but the steering's heavier. Pick it up this weekend, after it quits raining - 'posed to Friday and mebbe Saturday. Sure wus nice just pushing a button and it started right up, though it's still got a kicker, too. Be like every other bike I've gotten in Minnysota, needs new tires, got tread, but 8 years old. Now I've got 8 tires to change this year.

Pick up the daughter, get the bike, and she takes the van home, timing is working out good for that. No idea when I'll get my van back, first time without a cage in over 40 years. She thinks the mini van is embarrassing to be seen in, suspect she'll be in a hurry to get another car.

Hope that peace sign sticker peels off easy.
Ummmm...ahhhhh...Oldie...where you gonna put it?

The boss is FINALLY happy with the compensator, now as they come off the machine after the finale mod they will be put into boxes. This should cut down on the "Where is my compensator calls?"

That's good. News Ya don't need to rush mine out, I'm not inna big hurry to change it out right now anyhow. Figure to run this clutch a little longer, then change out the discs and the comp all at the same time.....Ain't pullin that primary cover till I have to. I'm WAY past tearin something apart just to look at it!!!!

Good news Mark! Im sure you have a lot of people waiting on this comp. Im in no hurry either. Have to gather all the primary guts. Props to you guys turning out a comp in less than a year.
