C'est la vie. Life does go on and just like Kub said, wood and steel can be rebuilt. BTW, this wasn't our place that went up.
Anyways, Morning Peckerwoods. Russ! Good to hear you are on the steel horse again. That is great news.
Looks like another week of hell temps for up north. 32C across the board. There is a reason why I live north and its not supposed to get that warm up here.

All the states in blue & purple = COLD.
