Anyone else sick of all these fairings?

Took me awhile to figure out what SOA meant when reading the thread. Guess I'm just more of a Gunsmoke fan and stuck in the past.
Fairing....not for me. What another man does with his bike is none of my business or concern. I don't get the uproar about it

I have not a single to give about a persons bike. However, the search function on this forum is awesome. If you use it, and go back PRE-SONS OF ANARCHY, it's damn hard, maybe impossible to find threads about club'thug style bikes. It's even more impossible to find bikes with quarter fairings. And it's equally impossible to find bikes all blacked out in flat black.
To ignore the fact that SOA had an influence on the popularity of this particular style bike is preposterous. My only issue, if you can even call it that, is why you guys are so scared/emberassed/whatever to acknowledge it and embrace it.
I admit that when Kris Kross was cool when I was a kid, I wore my clothes backwards a few times. Ain't no shame.

The club style or SOA I like netter than lowered bikes.
flat black and chrome I been doin since the 70's when I raised the front on my knuckle so I could flop it around corners better and faster.
Not sure about fairings though, I always thought they were for girls with poor upper body strength who could't hang on tight enuf.

TV and movies have always influenced bike styles. I wonder how many Captain America clones there are still out there. Now though there is more corporate influences with product placement. Its hard to tell what is down to artistic expression and what is there to sell product.

Ya' know what I'm sick of... Judgmental ****** that think their brand/style of bike is the only acceptable one. Is your life really so pathetic that you have to worry about what other people ride?
