I really had a great time on the ride Saturday guys! What a surprise to see Ken show up!!! Thanks for coming bud! Finally went through our first helmet check road block, I knew we were over due for one of them ridding up there especially. Glad we all came through it okay. Hope the rest of ya'lls weekend went good.

 

Yesterday was a "down day"... had to do some chores that I was going to do on Sat... getting Mary's Grandfather Clock set up, etc. Except I never got to "etc." ... Oh well!

 

I bet that will be the only check point we go thru in Ga thanks to all the rice rockets that run the mountain. For all the years I have been going up there in cars, the State Patrol is up there in heavy numbers. I have also observed that the troopers are usually out there before 11 am and after 3pm.
