Our home in FL is under contract and the buyers have cash....SO I would say 6 weeks at the longest and we will be moving....
Yeah I have been brewing for several years,...Here is my brew system!
It's a 1/3 bbl (10g) RIMS system....It has a heating element from a hot water heater, and a PID temp controller.....I can control my mash down to a degree...But believe me, you dont need all this to make beer, it can be done with a pot and bucket!

It should be soon...supposed to be closing here early next week and still waiting to see if the bank excepted our offer on the new house in Cedartown.

Maybe others do... But never me! Have been so busy working on the new place, I haven't even had a beer in quite awhile tho. Upside is I've lost about 15 lbs and now need to punch a new hole in my belt!
