Anybdy from NC going to one of the most honorable missions ever?
Only have a couple local buds/members and neither are able to go. PM me or just post if you are going. Would be nice to travel along with some other patriotic members to Norfolk. The email I have says leaving VA beach at 0800 but I have been told a meeting is taking place at Norfolk in the afternoon???? Sorry but don't know how to look up any further details. Any help and or other info would be appreciated. Thanks and God bless!!!!
The Patriot Guard has been requested by Naval Special Warfare Development Group to silently stand and honor the 22 Special Warfare Operators who died on 6 AUG 2011 in Wardak province, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered when their CH-47 Chinook helicopter crashed. Our Fallen Heroes were members of an East Coast-based Naval Special Warfare unit. Appropriate contacts have been made and this mission is a GO.
