Just picked up/traded up to this 03 Road King with 64,000 on the clock with detachable setups front and rear, a fuel pak, up graded new style cam chain tensioner's, Andrews cams, bat wing fairing with Kenwood radio and Bluetooth, clear tall windshield, 14" handlebars, braided cables all of them, lowered rear air shocks, LED front lights (3) just to mention some of the extra goodies on it.

Like said before this 03 Road King was a trade up from my 02 FXD + $1600. I was thinking of adopting/adding floor boards, hard bags, fairing and anything else to look like a full size touring bike from my 02 FXD but when I came across the 03 Road King every thing I wanted to do to the FXD money wise the Road King already had it so it wasn't hard at all to make the decision in getting the Road King, plus my wife likes the blue bike better than my older black bike (happy wife happy life) 43 years with the same wife. LOL I don't rock the boat it makes life easier.

Really nice find on that RK. Sounds like the prev owner did a nice job with it, and it all looks 'correct', that is to say, not junked up. I really like the blue from that year, and although HD sold a truck load of 100 anniv bikes that year, you sure don't see many of the blue Road Kings around (or red like mine ).

EDIT: What's the new seat you put on? Drag Specialties something?

I haven't bought anything for it yet, don't know if I want to add anything else as you mentioned the past owner has added a lot to it so for now I'm not going down to the Harley Store. And yes the smaller flamed sttiching seat is from drag Specialties.
In my neck of the woods I don't see much of any 100th 03 RK's at all.

Thank You Sir!

Anybody got a ballpark idea how much I'll have wrapped up in a complete RK windshield set up? Pretty sure it doesn't have docking hardware either.
