Black is faster because it is the absence of light. Meaning your bikes speed is not impeded by the changing of the colors in the electromagnetic spectrum when cruising along.

That being said, I bought used so I bought black....but white is fine, too.

 

If you are questioning the color as you look at it, I would pass

 

Im not a big fan of the white, but if you like it, thats all that matters.
