About every year to 18 months. Whenever I trade bikes.
No need to let them plugs get too old.

Hey safety man mouser 58 plugs failed at 13000 is it still assnine yes they do fail change them out every 10 or 15000 youll feel the difference 2 new plugs wont break the bank its just part of keeping things right

I change them with the oil change and even with only 2500 to 3500 miles on them a new set of plug makes a difference to me anyway.

How many change the plugs in their car or truck every 5,000 miles? If you think your bike runs better with fresh plugs every 5,000 miles, I have some great land to sell you. This thread is about as bad as an oil thread.

Maybe overkill but I change mine every 5k but I change all three holes then too cheap for me to know that everything is clean and fresh.

Follow the manual , cant be wrong ,plugs these days last longer

I use the double platinum, not for performance, just durability... Had the last set in for about 50000 miles when I changed them, still looked ok but I had a gift card and dint have anything else to buy....
