I check my tire pressure about every 2nd time out or if the bike has sat for a couple of days.

Could in be possible the tread pattern of the tire, but I only hear it when going left.

Suggestions would be appreciated
i would think its the left edge of the tires have a lumpy edge and on left turns you hear and feel it, Or a wheel bearing, but you could check both fairly easily

on my first set humming was identified as cupping progressed. now I keep them inflated more than the manual specs and have not had the hum or cupping.
my guess is that the 36/40 pressure is based on a lower combined weight than most of us carry, which means add some air.

I agree.

my 13 ultra does it and my 08 fat bob did it until i went to Bridgestones on my fatbob and the sound went away. its definitely not wheel bearings. started doing on both bikes at around 5k. for a while i thought it might be the belt just touching the left side of the tire since it only did it going on left sweepers which would torque the frame /swingarm area

I'd be pretty sure of two problems;
1 - Tires like just about everyone said
2 - Change your exhaust, if you're hearing the tire hum the exhaust is entirely too quiet
