Without kids, we are not constrained by "back-to-school" scheduling. So our summer extends into September when we head out west from the Gulf Coast of Texas to enjoy the cooler air and much better riding options of Colorado. With all the road grit that comes with extended road trips and packing the bike for 9+ days, protection for both the fairing and saddlebag covers would be welcomed for sure!

Just finished heading to Mountainfest 2015 in Morgantown West Virginia on my 1994 FLHTCU. Cannot beat the winding mountain roads, and the weather was perfect. Got to see literally thousands of other fellow bikers, and came back with another 20 ideas for that next upgrade.
Also took a number of great day trips, including one to Cleveland to see The Christmas Story House, and down to The Smoky Mountains for a long weekend.
Ride safe everyone!

My son got out of the Navy last month and the first thing he did was buy an 05 sportster 1200. He lives in Austin TX and I in Toledo Ohio. I plan on riding out to see him and ride with him in Sept, the week of labor day. If I win, I would use the bag covers and donate the batwing cover to one of my brothers. I bought this last year, added Rineharts, Tmax, Velociraptor, CVO wheels, heated grips, MCC seat mod, highway pegs, premium ride CVO rear shocks, chrome lower forks, flush axle, premium ride fork cartridge kit (low), and quick detach chopped tourpak with mustang seat back. hmmm, I am sure there are a few things I forgot.
Small world! God bless your son. I'm in Delaware, Oh, and my son is just about to complete his Nuclear training in Ballston Spa, NY. I am riding out to see him in a few weeks before he is deployed out.
