I have a similar build. My 2001 Electra Glide has 97" S&S jugs and pistons, 9.7:1 compression, 89cc S&S Super Stock heads with 2" intake valves, S&S .510G cams, and a V&H Pro Pipe. I recently dyno'd at 105hp and 109 ft/lbs of torque. But my build does have a couple of things that are different from yours. 1. I ditched the MM injection for an S&S 52mm throttle body and an S&S VFI ECM. 2. I put 1.725:1 ratio rockers on the intake sides only, stock ratio on the exhaust. This takes the lift of the .510 cams to .541. It's not a huge difference, but it does help.

The only cam (gear drive) that would work would be the R&R 525. Remember,lighter is faster......

Cam made by R&R. Works great in a 95tc, gear drive only . Check big boyz cam comparator for specs. Don't nknow if it is still made.mvery similar to a RedShift 527

These are not big HP cams. They are touring torque cams.
