If you have the front bumper on your bike, you may have to remove the bolt that it attaches to at the tip of the fender. I removed my bumper and removed the bolt, I used a rubber plug for the hole behind the fender tip light. It was awfully close to the tire.

I didn't "remove" the bolt on mine but I did trim it down about 1/4 to 3/8's with a Dremel. What was funny was the initial 21" tire (Full Bore) fit without needing to trim that bolt. The next tire (Shinko) fit too but after I rocked the fender up and forward a bit, the bolt was too close for comfort so it had to be trimmed. So, tires can be different too. Something to keep in mind when installing.

Did you drill out your rear fender holes as well?

Yes. The guy I had do my install (with the Full Bore tire) said he had to open the holes "slightly". When I replaced the tire with the Shinko, I just loosened the fender bolts and moved it where it needed to be. Didn't take them all the way out so I couldn't tell how much he changed them from OEM.

I believe this is a common thing with Touring bikes (2013 - back) and there should be some info on the forums about what size hole to drill out to. Or, someone will reply to this with that.
