Default what plug is this?

2003 Aniversary Road King. This plug is on the right side of the yoke just behind the nacelle. It has three prongs and has a green plastic part on the inside of the black female connector. I'm thinking it is an auxillary power plug that is controlled by the toggle switch on the right side of the nacelle. My driving lights switch is on the left side on this bike. What will this power and where do I get a male plug for it?

Those cable ties do not appear to be factory, especially not doubled up like that. Its possible the plug is some sort of add on wire for something, or the item plugged into it has been removed. I have not seen a triangular plug like that before, but I don't have a Road King either so maybe its unique to that bike.
