Default Use of a stiff Capacitor with stereo system

Is anyone familiar with using a stiff capacitor with more than one amp on a bike ? I have heard that using them on a bike might mess up the charging system on a bike! Has anyone used one with or without an issue??

Might have better luck posting in the audio section. With that being said I've never seen or heard of anyone using one for any of the builds on here
