checked that today when i took off gas tank.no crack.still rough idle and poor performance,no codes

AFTER it started misfire and rough idling ,i made a small window and decat the exhaust.

Check your battery and connecting wires. A weak battery or loose cables can cause these issues.

Did you do it ont he bike? How did you close up the hole? Did you weld it? If so, you may have screwed up the ECM.

Just asking of course and hope I am wrong.

Did you remove the header? If so, did you remove the O2 sensors?

battery is 1 month old .no loose connections
