Default Best 2 into 1. Need advice.

I"m looking at getting a 2 into 1 for my RKC but I'm just not sure what to expect as far as performance out of one. I have a 2002 RKCstock motor with the usual Stage 1 A/C and a PCIII, I"m currently running the V&H Big shot duals and I'm just not too happy with em. Theyare very loud and they sound ok but i'm just not sold on em yet. Plus they have an annoying chirping sound at partial throttle when cruising.

Some advice on the best 2 into 1 would be greatly appreciated.

I'm considering the D&D Fat Cat but I'd like to hear some other options.

Great choice for a 2-1 pipe, very popular. I went with the Bassani Road Rage 2-1 pipe in black. I love it, really wakes up the bottom end power/torque. Both the D&D and Bassani use equal length pipes so they are a tuned pipe. Also the Super Trapp 2-1 is popular but I decided against that one because of the pipes not being equal length and not available in black. http://www.bassanipipes.com/

I believe Your first choice would be the best but I'm a little bias.

The Supertapp is available in black now and will be the quietest of the group without sacrificing any power.

Having been thru a few exhausts myself................LOL

I've had the Thunderheader............poor quality, crappy heatshields, sounds good, bad low end power.

I had the Supertrapp on most recently, great quality, good heatshields, sounds OK, and the power is adjustable as well as the sound.

I now have the Fatcat 2-1 with quiet baffle, best quality, perfect heatshields, great sound, and the power is strong from bottom end all the way to redline.

Go with your first choice...........Fatcat 2-1.

I think i'm pretty much leaning towards the Fat Cat but I would love to hear a sound clip if anyone has one.

THUNDERHEADER - Hands down the best in performance... But not the best in quaility...
