Default Volt gauge dead-need some help

Need some help with my all of a sudden dead volt gauge. I changed out my front motor mount over the weekend , and had my voltage regulator connections apart all the while. Put it all back together and couldn’t ride it for all the rain. Took it out for a test run this morning and noticed the volt gauge not working. Battery shows 13.3 volts at rest, 14.4 while the bike is running, so it is charging. Seems like it would be something I did, but I don’t know what. Opened the fairing, everything is plugged in and seems ok. I did put led bulbs in the small gauges last week. They all work fine. Mostly stock 2004 Ultra, 32k miles. I don’t remember reading about this problem before. Could the gauge have just crapped out? Thoughts?

By the way, the bike started great , ran great this morning. Super crank battery is 8 or 9 months old, always on a tender.

Take a DVOM and measure voltage at the back of the gauge. That will tell you if the gauge crapped out.

Check all your fuses first, then do as suggested above ^^

Found it. Just a bad connection on the gauge plug, terminals were very slightly corroded. Cleaned it all up with some sandpaper and it’s good as new. HD Forums still gets the save, after a few searches pointed me in the right direction. It’s usually something simple.
