I don't know the answer to that, however your bags are envied by owners of earlier bikes and have been retrofitted to twincams and, I'm fairly certain, Evos as well. I have twincam bags on my Evo. An expert will be along soon!

I have a set of '15 bags on my 2000 RKC, I sold the leather bags because they offer no security when parked unattended and I just like the look of hard bags much better.
I think they is a bunch you can do to a RK to give it that "classic" look without having to sacrifice the hard bags.
Just my 2 cents.

With that said, if 2015 bags for a 2000, I don't see why one can't easily fit 2009 and up bags or even older ones on a new bike.

I just had a buddy measure the mounting points on his 99 ultra and it is the same 12-1/2" so it looks like they are all basically the same

Yah I figure that much. The difference will be in the mounting brackets and where they are. In my case I had to loosen both and then adjust as needed, but going from hard bags to soft may be easier.
Best of luck with searching for bags.
