I have my phone mounted on the my right handle bars with the Harley phone mount. It held it well on the horrible Ohio roads last weekend. Those roads adjusted my mirrors, but my phone was secure. I usually do not have myphone mounted, but my regular GPS unit has issues and had to use the phone GPS.
Yeah the Ciro fairing mount blocks the tachometer from 2,000 to 3,000 RPM. The speedometer is only blocked partially from 90-100 MPH. It is rock solid for over 10k miles.

This works for me, or in my pocket.

I use a similar set up on my 2016 FLHTKL and love it! The Ciro3d Wireless Cybercharger and center mount. Battery is always charged, it's low enough that I'm never distracted, and it's exactly where I can reach it with either hand.

Hondo Garage. Over-engineered goodness. I’ve used his both without wireless charging and with. Excellent stuff.
