I'm just wondering because that's what they advertised it as. Mid Size Touring.

I have a friend who has toured the country with his wife on back on a 1200 Sporty.

But I don’t consider it a touring bike.

If it suits you, by all means. My friend loves his, and has put a ton of miles on it.

It is not a touring bike no matter how far you ride it.

You don't get that old Cadillac feeling because of the weight difference but I think it rides as advertised. Mid size touring.

If it works for you, that is all that matters.
