Default Mystery fastener

I recently purchased a 2015 Ultra Classic with 4900 miles on it, in near mint condition. But in the saddlebag a I found what looks like some kind of broken fastener. I have absolutely no idea where it came from. Can anyone identify it....pics attached

? Thanks so much !

I have a 2014. The screw looks OEM, like the ones on the passenger grab strap, or the rear of the seat that attaches to the rear fender. No clue what the plastics bits are

Does your saddlebag have the OEM Dzus fasteners (spring clips) holding it on...?

If so, that looks like a screw on handle for an aftermarket attachment system that the prior owner probably had at one time or another... There are many alternatives out there to the OEM Dzus fasteners that involve some king of screw, in place of the spring clip. Many will have a screw with a "handle" so you don't need a tool to install or remove it to take off your bags. I don't recognize that handle

Or as mentioned above, it could be two totally different items just thrown into the saddelbag

But my wild *** guess is the remnants of a broken aftermarket saddlebag securing system.....

Thanks. Ya, the screw is identical to the grab-strap screw. The plastic might not even be part of the bike for all I know. Just hate to throw mystery things away !
