They looked well built in the pictures, and in my hand. They worked pretty well, all in all.
I ultimately replaced them with a set of HH because of a track weekend.

I'm impressed so I bought 4 more sets. $21.00 shipping and tax included for 4 complete sets. I used the cheap pads from D2Moto years ago without complaints. Brembo pads might come from the same Chinese factory!

One thing I can say for sure is I never had any weird lever or pedal feels or strange noises/wear on the OEM pads on my old 2010 Ultra, so I figure I'll stick with OEM units on the new 23 as well. I hate it when brake pads get weird. Worth the money to me to never have to worry about them.

Yeah I follow the Service Manual for the recommended two year interval. However, my hydraulic clutch started acting up after 1 1/2 years, checked the moisture and it was over 3%. Flushed it and all is well.
Had the brake fluid flushed and ABS cycled Spring of 2023, but who knows. Measuring the moisture content is the most reliable way. Usually do it every oil change.

measuring the moisture content is listed as part of the service checklist. i bought a small tester off of amazon for about $12 and do it at each oil change. here is the swamps of louisiana, i don't make it 2 years before i reach 3%, so i end up having the dealer flush the brakes/clutch every year and a half. i do also have a technoresearch diagnostic tool, so with each oil change, i do the abs module activation. i don't know for sure that it does any good, but makes me feel better. . figure it can't hurt, and it might just keep any crud from settling in the abs module.

my understanding is that there are really no 'aftermarket' flashes. they are just harley flashes that have been renamed for convenience. and yes, the tr tool does flash the head unit. except for the boom audio stage 2 flash. for someone reason that one is dealer only.....
it's a pricey little tool, but it isn't so bad if you get the pay per bike license. i picked one up with 2 licenses for a little over $600. and while that may seem steep, i've used it to flash my head unit, add tpms to my bike, the cvo ignition flash, cycle the abs module during service, and probably a few more things that i can't remember off hand. times two. the wife rides her own bike. so figuring what i've done, i would have probably spent more at the dealer than what i have into it.
