Although in this pic, the fins are either turned sideways or those are side turned tails at that time.

Those look like stock mufflers from I think 1966 to definitely 1969. Do a Google search, not what you are looking for but very sexy mufflers for factory. They are very cool looking in person with the side outlet. I am guessing that bike is a 1968 with the left side front brake, carry on.
When I was growing up the 68 was ridden to my parents place from time to time. I remember the wife, son and dad riding it to our place and dropping the son off to spend the night as a kid. We use to sneak into their garage when I’d sleep over there.. sit on it, get in the vette or T-bird.. good childhood memories. The 49 and old Indians use to just sit under tarps in another garage, .. the Electra glide.. It was male candy land.
That 68 has a lot of memories for me. At some point it got fishtails and bullet lights.. I actually don’t remember the pipes from that pic. I was around that bike from crib to early 20’s. I miss my friends dad. He was a great guy.
