Just an update on the DIY "fangs" they almost totally eliminated the buffeting, did slightly changed the design, noticed in a lot of the marketed "fangs" they have a flare toward the outside of the "fang".

Updated my DIY seat pad as the original was a real pain in the a$$ pun intended, so did a little searching for after market pads and added some extra foam with a gap in the middle to bring fresh clean cooling air to my nasty parts, paid $4 for the pad from wally world, labor free.

Also added a little piece to my "windshield" to help increase the bubble, buffeting is just about nil, cost 0, made from scrap.

Default Leather Grips

Due to breakage, mechanic replaced my HD Leather grips with rather basic grips.
So.......
had a leather working buddy make/install Leather Grip Wraps over the basic grips.
Love the look. Love the feel of leather on my grips. They never get "Sticky" with heat, sweat, etc...

My friend who likes old bikes and has built a chopper and a few custom trucks, has been riding a nice 95 Electra Glide for a few years. He can more or less keep up to me but then drops way behind in the long corners we have around here as that old swing arm only has bushings, creating a good bagger wobble. I urged him to get a True Track as mine has been money for tightening up the rear. Two days later - he sends me a pic - he made one in his off time at work (he's an auto body guru) for a grand total of $43 Canadian. I'm impressed.

I’ve looked high and low for a vintage white brake pedal pad for my 2006 Road King. I’ve even called the motor company themselves looking for one. Unfortunately it has been discontinued. I couldn’t stand having white pegs, and grips and having that black pad looking so out of place. I purchased white tire paint, paint specifically made for painting rubber, and I painted it myself. Came out rather nice. Looks good on the bike. It’s a small mod but it may be helpful for others looking for vintage white parts.

Looks great! I have a RK Classic as well and I am having a hard time finding vintage looking parts. Can I ask what are the footboards/inserts you have on? I've been trying to track down the "nostalgic" HD inserts but seems that they are discontinued.
