Suspension air pump
[sm=biker2.gif] Santa brought me a Sette suspension air pump and I tried it today. Well, my rear tire needed 5 or so lbs. of air so I hooked up the Sette and about a 150 pumps later I increased the pressure by 2-3 psi. Might be good for a dire emergency! Next, the shocks: Took the pressure up to about 15 psi. and released with a 40 lb. guage until 8 psi. Front shocks: took them up to about 20 psi. and used the air guage to release them to about 10 psi. Why do I have an air guage with a 400 psi. guage to use on an application with a maximum of only 25 psi.?

RE: Suspension air pump
Most of these pumps are capable of high pressure but not high volume.
I too have one of the high pressure pumps...just use it for the shocks. The pressure gauge on the thing is useless as I need to have at least 30 or 40 psi before the dial shows any indication. By then, I’ve blown out the shocks.
