they look awesome but I dont think they are practical for everyday hard riding style. I have looked into them for my self but I decided against it because the fear of ripping them while cornering.

Bad Dad makes a set that complements the SG fender better and aren't as long as the typical 4" extensions that you usually see....I'm having the 2" extensions added as we speak....hope to have some pics in another couple of weeks

I'm in the middle of a new build, new paint/extensions and new chrome wheels

I'd do a gas tank extenion before considering extended bags--much better look and one I can enjoy riding the bike.

The bag extensions don't work for me--I like seeing the chrome of the exhaust 99% of the time.

I was in the same boat as you are now. Do I go for extensions or larger bags. Then I thought of the cornering after a fellow member brought it up and I too like the sweepers&twisties and I ride into the Rockies once a year so I decided not to get either. Stock bags are staying

Think the bag extensions look great. I am currently doing a makeover on my 07 SG and I am considering them. I have to recommend Klock Werks.

Thats one sweet ride like she sits. personaly i like the look of the extensions but thats my taste. it all boils down to what you like. like they say (what ever floats your boat) your the one that has the final say go with your gut feelin.

who makes that front fender your runin? like the look.

If your interested in some front fenders, check out Klock Werks Bagger site. They just introduced 7 new front fenders. I am purchasing the wrapper for the 18" wheels. Wish I would have waited and purchased the 21". but cannot afford to buy another front wheel and rotors. Oh well will have to be satisfied with what I have.
