Default MUSTANG TOURING SEAT SADDLE HARLEY ROAD KING FLHR 75577

OK, like alot of you, my stock seat just doesn't cut it, especailly 2-up with my wife on the back... we can go about an hour, two max, before numbutt sets in...

I did the research, many different opinions on seats, but I decided to go with the Mustang Touring seat.

Runs about $460
http://www.mustangseats.com/roadking...king2008.shtml

Found it on eBay for $317
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=370028162370

Seller had decent feedback so I bought it...

Now I see that there is a different part number (75577) than the one sold by Mustang (76203), but the description and size appears to be the same.

Anyone know if this is the same seat or not?

Not really too worried about it, just wondering if this is a different seat than that currently being sold by Mustang.

Got it from American Classic Motors...

Sometimes their #'s change. I've had stock seats, Corbin seats, HD Acces seats, the Mustang is the best (Most comfortable)

Sorry to give you some bad news but the 75577 is for 07's and earlier with 5 gallon tanks. The 08's have the new 6 gallon tanks. That's why there is a new part number 76203 for the 08's.

I know because I wanted a Mustang seat desperately and had to wait for the new ones to come out that would fit.

It is a great seat.

By the way, since I will have to re-order the Mustang touring seat, does anyone have any experience or opinion comparing the two seats, the MUSTANG REGAL TOURING SEAT and the MUSTANG ONE PIECE TOURING SEAT???

I have the Mustang Touring seat on my 06 Road King. The Regal was great but brought me too high up, and was hard to put my feet on the road. I,m 5'8 with a 31" inch inseem. Like Goldielocks says. The touring seat was just right....lol

Hey Frank, thanks for the info.

I'm about 6'1" with a 32" inseam -

I feel like the stock seat has me seated up just a tad bit high...

How did the Regal compare in seat height to the stock seat?

If your interested in being a little lower... Go with the 2 piece seat... It lowers you about 3/4 - 1"...

The 1 piece is known to raise you 1"...

Are you looking to get the Mustang Backrest also??? It is an awesome thing for comfort!!!

Just my $0.02
