Has anyone installed the cmplete security system on a 08 ultra and sucesfully completed all of the install. i received a gift of a security system from my friend. i can follow directions i can read but I cant find anything about the issues on a 08 ultra.

 

no one has done a security system on a 08 why?

There was a thread on here a month or so ago complete with pictures....it looks like a pretty easy install if you are just talking about the smart siren and pager. I have an 08 Ulltra that came with the factory security system, have the smart siren coming in hopefully this week....already have the rechargeable pager....will likely put it all together next weekend. I'm not sure how well the search function is working, but the pictures in that previous thrread showed things real clearly.
