Does anyone have a diagram that tells me were the oil lines are run? I have just purchased a 83 flh shovel shrine with a belt drive and found an oil line cut and plugged...whats up with that. The bike runs great but leaks oil. What kind of oil do you suggest. THis is my first Harley, Got tired of saying "no its not a harley" when I rode my ole jap cruiser.

Not sure as far as weight, but you will probably not be able to run a synthetic. It would most likely pour thru the cases and gaskets like a sprinkler.
